用英语投诉：正式的说法
会用英语投诉，而且投诉得体，是很实用的一项本事。B1 阶段要学的是用正式一点的说法表达不满。
表达不满
"I'm not satisfied with..." → "我对……不满意。"
"I'm rather disappointed with..." → "我对……相当失望。"
"I'm afraid I have a complaint about..." → "很抱歉，我要就……提出投诉。"
"I'm not happy with the quality of..." → "我对……的质量不满意。"
提出你想要的解决办法
"I would like a full refund." → "我希望全额退款。"
"I would like this to be replaced." → "我希望换一件新的。"
"I'd like to speak to the manager, please." → "麻烦让我跟经理谈谈。"
"Could you please look into this?" → "能麻烦您查一下这件事吗？"
随口说和正式说的差别
- 随口：This is broken! → 正式：I'm afraid the item is faulty.
- 随口：I want my money back! → 正式：I would like a refund.
- 随口：This is terrible! → 正式：I'm rather disappointed with...
B1 小提示
在英式英语里，投诉开头用 I'm afraid... 或 I'm rather disappointed... 听起来专业，反而更容易把事办成。语气越硬，对方越容易挡回来。
表达
- I'm not satisfied with the service表达总体上的不满
- I'd like a full refund要求全额退款
- I want to speak to the manager把事情往上一级反映
- This is unacceptable表达强烈的不满
- Could I exchange this?要求换一件商品
- To sort out a problem我希望尽快把这个问题解决掉。
- To speak to the manager我要求跟负责人谈。
- To be fed up with这种糟糕的服务我受够了。
常见错误
I am not satisfy with this product.I am not satisfied with this product.satisfied 是形容词（由过去分词转来），be 动词后面不能接 satisfy。
I want to refund my money.I would like a refund.这里的 refund 是名词；退钱的是商家，顾客要说 I'd like a refund。
This product is broke.This product is broken / faulty.broke 是 break 的过去式，形容词要用 broken 或 faulty。
I'm not happy about the service has been slow.I'm not happy about the slow service.about 后面接名词或动名词，不接一个完整的句子。
I want to do a complaintI want to make a complaint英语说 make a complaint，不说 do a complaint。
I bought this since one weekI bought this a week ago一周前说 a week ago 并配一般过去时，since 不能这么用。
