常见错误

• ✗I want open a savings account.
  ✓I'd like to open a savings account.

  want 后面接动词要加 to；不过在银行说 I'd like 更客气。

  ✓Could you explain the charges?

  could、would、can 这类情态动词后面跟动词原形，不加 to。

• ✗I would like open an account today.
  ✓I would like to open an account today.

  would like 后面永远是 to + 动词原形。

• ✗Can you explain me the interest rate?
  ✓Could you explain the interest rate to me?

  explain 后面不直接跟人，要说 explain something to someone。

• ✗I want to open a count
  ✓I want to open an account

  account 是账户，count 是数数，两个词别写错。

• ✗Can I retire money?
  ✓Can I withdraw money?

  取钱用 withdraw，retire 是退休的意思。
