摆出一件事的两面：
"On one hand, remote work offers flexibility. On the other hand, it can feel isolating." → "一方面，远程办公比较自由；另一方面，人容易觉得孤单。"

说缺点

表明立场

注意 is that 里的 that 不能省：要写 is that you save time，不能写成 is save time。

常见错误
In the one hand...On one hand...固定说法是 on one hand，没有 in the one hand。
One advantage of remote work is save timeOne advantage of remote work is that you save timeis 后面要接 that + 主语 + 动词。
From my opinion...In my opinion...固定说法是 in my opinion，不是 from my opinion。
Remote work has more advantages that disadvantagesRemote work has more advantages than disadvantages比较用 than，that 是引导词，两个别混。
I prefer work from homeI prefer working from homeprefer 后面接动名词（-ing）。
I am working since homeI am working from home在家办公说 from home，不是 since home。
