用现在完成时讲自己的职业经历
现在完成时把过去和现在连起来，讲工作经历最合适。
"I have worked at X for Y years"
描述一件到现在还在继续的事：
"I have worked at this company for three years." → "我在这家公司干了三年。"
"She has been a teacher since 2018." → "她从 2018 年起就当老师。"
for 接时长（for 5 years），since 接起点（since 2020）。
讲工作经历
不点明具体时间的经历：
"I have managed a team of 10 people." → "我带过一个十人的团队。"
"He has worked in several different sectors." → "他在好几个行业干过。"
最近发生的事
"I have just been promoted to senior manager." → "我刚升了高级经理。"
"She has recently changed careers." → "她最近换了行。"
just 和 recently 说明事情刚发生不久。
现在完成时和一般过去时
- I have worked here for 3 years. → 现在还在这儿
- I worked there for 3 years. → 已经不在那儿了
汉语两句话都是「我在那儿干了三年」，靠上下文分辨；英语靠时态直接说清人还在不在。
表达
- I've been with the company for...说明在这家公司待了多久
- I've just been promoted宣布自己刚升职
- Have you ever considered...?问对方有没有想过某件事
- I'd love to become...说出自己的职业目标
- I started as a...讲自己职业的起点
- To climb the ladder她升得很快。
- To land a job他拿到了一个管理岗。
- To change career我三十五岁那年转了行。
常见错误
I work here since 3 yearsI have worked here for 3 years跟 since/for 连用、而且持续到现在，要用现在完成时。
I have worked here since 3 yearsI have worked here for 3 yearssince 接时间点（since 2020），for 接时长（for 3 years）。
She has been promoted yesterdayShe was promoted yesterday有具体时间（yesterday）就用一般过去时。
I've been working as freelanceI've been working as a freelancer名词说 a freelancer，形容词说 freelance，没有 as freelance 这种说法。
I work in this company since 5 yearsI have worked at this company for 5 years表示一段时长要用现在完成时加 for。
I want to candidate for the jobI want to apply for the job申请职位用 apply for，英语里 candidate 不作动词用。
