常见错误

• ✗The trip were amazing

  主语是单数（the trip = it），用 was，不用 were。

• ✗How was the people?
  ✓How were the people?

  people 在英语里是复数名词，所以用 were。

• ✗I were tired
  ✓I was tired

  主语是 I 的时候永远用 was，不用 were。

• ✗Were the food good?
  ✓Was the food good?

  food 是不可数名词，当单数看，所以用 was。

• ✗The hotel were very nice
  ✓The hotel was very nice

  hotel 是单数，所以用 was，不是 were。

• ✗It was very much crowded
  ✓It was very crowded

  英语说 very crowded，不说 very much crowded。
