"I have a reservation"
到酒店前台报到，关键的一句是：
例： "Hello, I have a reservation under the name Dupont." → "你好，我有预订，名字是 Dupont。"
用的是 "under the name..."，不用 in the name of，那个说法太正式。
问信息
在前台问事情，用这几个句型：
"Is there...?" = 有……吗？
例： "Is there a restaurant in the hotel?" → "酒店里有餐厅吗？"
"What time is...?" = ……几点？
例： "What time is breakfast?" → "早餐几点开始？"
"Could I have...?" = 能给我……吗？（很客气）
例： "Could I have an extra towel, please?" → "能再给我一条毛巾吗？"
楼层：这里有个坑
英式英语里 ground floor 是中文说的一楼，first floor 是二楼。美式的算法和中文一样：first floor 就是一楼。
- 中文的一楼 → 英式 Ground floor
- 中文的二楼 → 英式 First floor
- 中文的三楼 → 英式 Second floor
