与其学习，不如你去玩吧。与其死记硬背，不如培养兴趣。与其…不如… must compare two comparable activities. 你去玩吧 is a command, not a parallel activity clause.
一方面教育改革好，另外，需要时间。一方面教育改革很有必要，另一方面，它需要时间。The pattern is 一方面…另一方面. Using 另外 breaks the parallel structure.
将来的人工智能将改变教育。将来，人工智能将改变教育。将来 is a time adverb that goes at the start of the sentence. Adding 的 after it makes it a noun phrase, creating an awkward double subject.
与其注重考试，不如的注重素质。与其注重考试，不如注重素质。Do not add 的 between 不如 and the verb. 不如 is directly followed by the alternative action.
一方面好，一方面坏。一方面有好处，另一方面有弊端。The second part requires 另一方面, not a repetition of 一方面. Repeating 一方面 implies the same side.
