上课 / 下课 — class starts / ends 上课了！ — Class is starting! 下课了。 — Class is over. These are verb-object compounds used as standalone announcements.
要考试了 — there's an exam coming 明天要考试了。 — There's an exam tomorrow. Use 要...了 to express something is about to happen.
成绩 — grades 我的成绩不太好。 — My grades aren't very good. 他的成绩很好。 — His grades are great.
复习 — to review 考试前要好好复习。 — You need to review well before the exam. 好好 intensifies the verb: to do something properly.

- 明天要考试了Saying there is an exam tomorrow

常见错误
上学了上课了上学 means to go to school (general); 上课 means class is starting — use the right compound for the context
我要复习考试我要复习复习 already means to review for an exam — no need to add 考试 after it; just say 我要复习
我成绩不太好我的成绩不太好Possession requires 的 between pronoun and noun: 我的成绩 (my grades), not 我成绩
