The rules, short, in readable English. No hidden clauses.

1. Service

Mio Tutor is an AI-powered language learning app. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.

2. User account

Creating an account is free and requires a valid email. One account per person. You're responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. In case of suspicious access, contact us immediately.

3. Premium subscription

The Premium subscription is billed monthly or yearly through your store (App Store or Google Play). It renews automatically, cancelable any time from store settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.

4. Intellectual property

The educational content, the Mio mascot, the design, and the app code are protected. You get a personal, non-transferable usage license. Any commercial exploitation without a written agreement is prohibited.

5. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. We commit to 99.5% availability outside planned maintenance. No guarantee of linguistic results — you're responsible for your progression. AI conversations may contain inaccuracies; Mio is not a professional translator.

6. Governing law

French law. In case of dispute, mandatory mediation via the European ODR platform before any legal action.
