The conditional softens suggestions: Sería conveniente considerar otra opción (It would be advisable to consider another option). To acknowledge progress: Valoro mucho el progreso que has hecho (I greatly value the progress you have made). Feedback formulas include: Hay un área de mejora que me gustaría comentar (There is an area for improvement I would like to discuss). For concrete proposals: Te propongo que intentemos un enfoque diferente (I suggest we try a different approach). The balance between valorar (appreciating) and proponer (proposing) is the key to effective feedback.
