To give advice, use the formal imperative (usted):

- No haga clic en enlaces desconocidos. (Do not click on unknown links.)
Structure: Es importante que + subjunctive
- Es importante que proteja sus datos personales.
- Es fundamental que haga copias de seguridad.
- Es necesario que actualice el software.
Reporting an incident
- Me han hackeado la cuenta. (My account has been hacked.)
- He recibido un correo sospechoso. (I received a suspicious email.)
- Creo que he sido víctima de phishing. (I think I have been a phishing victim.)
