Typowe błędy

  Do not double-stack obligation markers. Use 지켜야 한다 or 준수하여야 한다, not both at once.

  Corruption is discovered passively. Use the passive -되었다, not the active 했다.

  ✓그럼에도 불구하고 책임이 있다

  그럼에도 불구하고 is a fixed adverbial phrase. Do not attach -지만 to it.

• ✗이해충돌인데도 불구한 조치가 없었다
  ✓이해충돌이었는데도 불구하고 조치가 없었다

  -(으)ㄴ데도 불구하고 attaches to a verb or adjective clause, requiring proper tense marking.

• ✗내부고발자는 보호받아야 되어야 한다
  ✓내부고발자는 보호받아야 한다

  Again, do not double the obligation. 받아야 한다 already expresses strong obligation.
