  청소 당번 is the object of 정하다, so it takes the object particle 을/를, not the location particle 에.

  For an action happening AT a place, use 에서, not 에. 에 marks a destination or static location.

• ✗늦게 들어올 때는 미리 말해

  말해 alone is plain 반말. With a roommate use the polite request 말해 주세요 (please tell me).

  시끄럽다 is a ㅂ-irregular adjective: ㅂ becomes 워 → 시끄러워요, never 시끄럽어요.

  The agreement pattern is -기로 하다. The particle 로 is required: 나누기로 했어요 (we agreed to split).
