• 間取(まど)りを確認(かくにん)してから契約(けいやく)しましょう。Check the floor plan before signing.

Typowe błędy

• ✗エアコンを取り付けてあります。
  ✓エアコンが取(と)り付(つ)けてあります。

  With 〜てある, use が (not を) to mark the object in the resulting state. The focus is on the state, not the action.

• ✗荷造りをしておいてください。
  ✓荷造(にづく)りしておきましょう。

  When suggesting joint preparation, use ましょう (let us) rather than てください (please do), which sounds like an order.

• ✗家賃を払うようにする。
  ✓家賃(やちん)を払(はら)うようにしています。

  Use 〜ようにしています (ongoing effort) to describe a habit you maintain, rather than the bare ようにする which describes a one-time decision.

• ✗引っ越しまえに届出を出します。
  ✓引(ひ)っ越(こ)しの前(まえ)に届出(とどけで)を出(だ)しておきます。

  Use 〜ておく to emphasize the preparatory nature of the action. Also use の前に (before) with nouns.

• ✗契約書はサインしてあります。
  ✓契約書(けいやくしょ)にサインしてあります。

  Use に (on) not は for the contract that was signed. にサインする means to sign on a document.
