  Vorrei (conditional) is much more polite than voglio (present indicative)

  Alle is a contraction of a + le; the two words are never separated

  Cancellare means to erase/delete; annullare is the right verb to cancel an appointment

  To address someone politely, use the Lei form (È, not Sono)

• ✗Ho un appuntamento a lunedì.
  ✓Ho un appuntamento lunedì.

  Days of the week don't take a preposition when referring to the next one

• ✗Vorrei cambiare il mio appuntamento.
  ✓Vorrei spostare il mio appuntamento.

  "Spostare" is the correct verb to reschedule, not "cambiare"
