In Portuguese, expressing opinions uses several key structures that take the indicative mood.
Eu acho que... is the most common way to say "I think that..." in everyday speech: *Eu acho que o filme é bom* (I think the film is good).
Eu penso que... is slightly more formal: *Eu penso que devemos agir* (I think we should act).
Eu considero que... expresses a considered opinion: *Considero que esta é a melhor opção* (I consider this the best option).

To agree: *Concordo contigo / Tens razão* (I agree with you / You are right).
To disagree politely: *Não concordo / Penso de maneira diferente* (I don't agree / I think differently).
Note: In European Portuguese, achar is preferred over pensar in casual conversation.

Common mistakes
Eu acho de que é bom.Eu acho que é bom.No preposition before 'que' — 'achar que' takes a direct clause.
Eu concordo contigo opinião.Eu concordo com a tua opinião.Use 'com a tua opinião' — the preposition 'com' needs the article.
Na minha opinião eu penso que...Na minha opinião... / Eu penso que...Avoid doubling opinion markers — pick one.
Eu não concordo nada de isso.Eu não concordo nada com isso.Use 'com isso' not 'de isso' — 'concordar' takes 'com'.
Pessoalmente eu achar que...Pessoalmente eu acho que...Conjugate 'achar' in the first person: 'acho'.
