Expressing Likes and Dislikes

Lubić (to like) conjugates like:

lubię (I like), lubisz, lubi, lubimy, lubicie, lubią

Woleć (to prefer) conjugates like:

wolę (I prefer), wolisz, woli

After lubić and woleć, use infinitive or accusative noun:

Lubię kawę → I like coffee
Wolę herbatę → I prefer tea

Asking about preferences

Co lubisz jeść? → What do you like to eat?
Co wolisz: kawę czy herbatę? → Which do you prefer: coffee or tea?

Saying it tastes good

To jest pyszne! → This is delicious!
Smakuje mi → I like the taste (lit. it tastes to me)

jedzenie is neuter: słodki (m) → słodkie (n)
