자주 하는 실수

• ✗모르겠어요 (direct admission without recovery)

  Saying 모르겠어요 bluntly damages credibility; a professional Korean response acknowledges the gap and commits to follow-up

• ✗질문이 틀렸어요 (saying the question is wrong)
  ✓질문의 전제에 대해 다른 시각도 있습니다

  Telling someone their question is wrong is confrontational; reformulate the premise diplomatically instead

• ✗그 질문은 어려워요 (admitting difficulty informally)

  어려워요 sounds unprepared; acknowledging the depth of the question while gaining composure is more effective
