- 続けるto continue

(I'm thinking of wanting to / I intend to) expresses ongoing intentions more softly than ~たいです alone: 料理を習いたいと思っています (I'm thinking about wanting to learn cooking). This is very common in Japanese to sound less direct.
(I'm interested in) uses に to mark the topic of interest: プログラミングに興味があります (I'm interested in programming). (What are you interested in?).
つもりです (intend to / plan to) states firm intentions: 来年、日本に行くつもりです (I intend to go to Japan next year). (I don't intend to go).
Expressing future plans: 将来 (in the future) sets the time: 将来、先生になりたいです (In the future, I want to become a teacher). Use ために (in order to) for purpose: 日本語を使う仕事のために、勉強しています (I'm studying for a job that uses Japanese).
