ぐあいが わるいです means "I'm not feeling well" — the most useful phrase at the doctor:

Describing Symptoms with があります
Use [symptom] が あります to describe what you have:
💬 Example: "ねつが あります" → "I have a fever"
- ずつうが あります → I have a headache
- せきが あります → I have a cough
- はきけが あります → I have nausea
Telling the doctor when it started
- きのうから → since yesterday
- けさから → since this morning
- さんにちまえから → since 3 days ago
💬 Example: "きのうから ねつが あります" → "I've had a fever since yesterday"
