Days and Months

Days are not capitalised in French: lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi, dimanche.

Months too: janvier, février, mars, avril, mai, juin, juillet, août, septembre, octobre, novembre, décembre.

Time Prepositions

le + day = every: le lundi = on Mondays / every Monday
en + month: en janvier = in January
le + time of day: le matin = in the morning

Le lundi, je travaille. — On Mondays, I work.
Mon anniversaire est en mars. — My birthday is in March.
Aujourd'hui, c'est mercredi. — Today is Wednesday.
