  学術英語では'In my opinion, I think'という重複は避ける。客観的・事実的な表現を使う。

  'proves'は学術的文脈では強すぎる。'supports'、'suggests'、'indicates'などのより穏やかな表現を使う。

  結論は「話した内容」をまとめるのではなく、論点と主要な議論を統合的に言い換えるべき。

  正しい慣用表現はon the one hand... on the other handです。
