Errori frequenti

  Con "since/for" e una durata che continua, si usa il Present Perfect

• ✗I have worked here since 3 years
  ✓I have worked here for 3 years

  "Since" è per un punto nel tempo (since 2020), "for" per una durata (for 3 years)

• ✗She has been promoted yesterday
  ✓She was promoted yesterday

  Con un momento preciso (yesterday), si usa il Past Simple

• ✗I've been working as freelance
  ✓I've been working as a freelancer

  Si dice "a freelancer" (sostantivo) o "freelance" (aggettivo)

• ✗I work in this company since 5 years
  ✓I have worked at this company for 5 years

  Present perfect + 'for' per la durata.

  'Apply for' e non 'candidate' in inglese.
