- -(아/어)야 해요 expresses necessity: 경찰서에 가야 해요 (I must go to the police)
- -이/가 아파요 — hurts/is sick: 배가 아파요 (my stomach hurts)
- 예약을 취소할 수 있어요? — Can I cancel the reservation?
- 환불이 가능해요? — Is a refund possible?
- Use -아/어서 to explain: 지갑을 잃어버려서 돈이 없어요 (Because I lost my wallet, I have no money)
