Making Complaints in Hindi: Formal vs Informal
Formal complaint (to a manager or in writing):
मैं ... से संतुष्ट नहीं हूँ। — I am not satisfied with...
मैं इस सेवा से संतुष्ट नहीं हूँ। — I am not satisfied with this service.
मैं ... वापस करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ। — I would like to return...
मैं यह सामान वापस करना चाहता हूँ। — I would like to return this item.
मुझे पैसे वापस चाहिए। — I would like a refund.
यह स्वीकार्य नहीं है। — This is not acceptable.
Informal (to a friend):
यार, यह तो बिल्कुल बेकार है! — Man, this is totally useless!
Note: In formal situations, always use आप forms and avoid raising your voice.
