💬 "आज मौसम कैसा है?" (āj mausam kaisā hai?) → "How is the weather today?"

Weather expressions — "It is + adjective":

Hindi uses different structures for weather:

Structure 1: मौसम + adjective + है

💬 "मौसम अच्छा है।" (mausam acchā hai.) → "The weather is nice."
💬 "मौसम खराब है।" (mausam kharāb hai.) → "The weather is bad."

Structure 2: Using nouns directly

Four seasons in India:

~~आज गर्म है~~
आज गर्मी है
Use the noun गर्मी (heat) not adjective गर्म alone — say it is hot with गर्मी है
~~मौसम कैसी है~~
मौसम कैसा है
मौसम (weather) is masculine — use कैसा (masculine) not कैसी (feminine)
~~बारिश है~~
बारिश हो रही है
For ongoing rain use the continuous form: हो रही है (is happening) not just है
