Animal Descriptions
Use adjectives and c'est / il est to describe animals:
- Le loup est un animal sauvage. — The wolf is a wild animal.
- C'est un animal qui vit dans la forêt. — It's an animal that lives in the forest.
- Il est gris et il a de grands yeux. — It's grey and has big eyes.
Relative Pronoun "qui"
Use qui to add information about a subject:
- C'est un oiseau qui chante le matin. — It's a bird that sings in the morning.
- Le renard est un animal qui est très intelligent. — The fox is an animal that is very intelligent.
Habitats
- Le cerf vit dans la forêt. — The deer lives in the forest.
- Le poisson vit dans la rivière. — The fish lives in the river.
- L'ours vit dans les montagnes. — The bear lives in the mountains.
