मोल-भाव के लिए second conditional

Second conditional मोल-भाव के लिए बहुत उपयोगी है: इससे काल्पनिक प्रस्ताव दिए जा सकते हैं।

संरचना: If + past simple, would + infinitive

• If we offered a 10% discount, would you place a larger order?
• If you agreed to a longer contract, we would lower the price.

"If" के बाद past simple का प्रयोग होता है, लेकिन बात वर्तमान या भविष्य की काल्पनिक स्थिति की होती है।

प्रस्ताव देना

• What if we offered free delivery?
• How would you feel if we extended the deadline?
• Would you consider a different payment plan?

स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करना

• That sounds like a fair deal.
• I'm afraid that doesn't work for us.
• We could agree to that if you met us halfway.

प्रति-प्रस्ताव देना

• I appreciate your offer, but what if we suggested...?
• We can't accept those terms, however we could offer...
