Nothing to do: every week, a free freeze covers one missed day, and it recharges 7 days after it's used. The daily chest can give you more, up to 2 in reserve. Tap your streak on the home screen to see where your freezes stand. There's no vacation mode: miss more than one day and the streak restarts at 1.
Yes, anytime and for free. Tap the flag at the top of the home screen to switch languages or add one, with your level. Each language keeps its own progress, and all 13 are open on Free and Premium alike.
First check that Mio has microphone access in your phone's settings. In Talk, hold the button while you speak and release it when you're done: Mio only listens while it's pressed. Somewhere noisy, bring the phone closer to your mouth.
The subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Go to your store settings (not the Mio app) → Subscriptions → Mio → Cancel. Your Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you bought with, open the app's Premium screen and tap “Restore purchases” at the bottom. Switching from iOS to Android, or back? Write to us at contact@miotutor.app: a subscription doesn't carry over from one store to the other.
