El discurso político neerlandés recurre a recursos retóricos concretos para persuadir e inspirar. En el nivel C1, saber reconocerlos y analizarlos forma parte de la alfabetización mediática.
Anáfora (anafoor): repetir la misma palabra al inicio de cláusulas sucesivas: *Wij willen verandering. Wij willen rechtvaardigheid. Wij willen een betere toekomst.* Crea ritmo y refuerza el mensaje.
Tricolon (drieslag): usar grupos de tres para dar impacto: *vrijheid, gelijkheid, broederschap* — un patrón retórico universal que los políticos neerlandeses emplean con frecuencia.
Apelación emocional (emotioneel appel): se eligen palabras cargadas para conmover: *onze kinderen* (nuestros hijos), *onze toekomst* (nuestro futuro), *hardwerkende Nederlanders* (los neerlandeses que trabajan duro). Detectarlas ayuda a analizar el discurso con ojo crítico.
La vaguedad calculada: los políticos usan lenguaje impreciso para no comprometerse: *We zullen ons best doen om...* (Haremos lo posible por…), *Er wordt gekeken naar mogelijkheden...* (Se están estudiando posibilidades…).
Estrategias de polarización: palabras como *wij vs zij* (nosotros contra ellos), *de elite*, *het volk* instalan una lógica de exclusión. Entender estos patrones te permite abordar los medios y la política neerlandesa de forma crítica.

De politicus zei dat we moeten...De politicus riep op tot...Political rhetoric uses formal constructions like oproepen tot rather than direct quotes.
