用「Si」表达条件
Je cherche...
找房子时，用 je cherche + 名词说明你要找什么：
- Je cherche un appartement meublé. — 我在找一套带家具的公寓。
- Je cherche un deux-pièces près du métro. — 我在找地铁附近的一室一厅。
Si + 现在时
用 si（如果）+ 现在时表达条件：
- Si l'appartement est lumineux, je le prends. — 如果这套公寓采光好，我就租。
- Si le loyer est trop cher, je ne signe pas. — 如果房租太贵，我就不签。
- Si vous êtes disponible, on peut visiter demain. — 如果您有空，我们明天可以去看房。
结构是：Si + 现在时，+ 现在时或将来时。最容易错的一点：si 后面不能用将来时，哪怕说的是以后的事。中文「如果……就……」两边都不标时间，所以这条要专门记。

常见错误
Je cherche pour un appartementJe cherche un appartementChercher 直接接宾语，不需要 pour。
Si j'aimerai l'appartementSi j'aime l'appartementsi（如果）后面用现在时，绝不用将来时。
Le loyer est 800 eurosLe loyer est de 800 euros说价格要用 être de + 金额。
Je veux déménager dans le mois prochainJe veux déménager le mois prochainle mois prochain 前面不加介词。
L'appartement est disponible depuis lundiL'appartement est disponible à partir de lundi以后开始可入住用 à partir de，不用表示「自从」的 depuis。
