外交性语言：We would be inclined to...

国际谈判需要使用外交而审慎的英语：既维护关系，也清楚表达自身利益。措辞的细微差别会改变对方对立场的理解。

关键外交表达

• We would be inclined to... → “我们倾向于……”；表达保留空间的积极立场。
• We would welcome the opportunity to... → 表示开放与合作意愿。
• With all due respect... → 礼貌地引出不同意见。
• We find ourselves unable to accept... → 以外交方式拒绝。
• Might I suggest an alternative approach? → 温和地提出替代方案。

作出让步

• While we appreciate your position, we feel that... → 先认可对方，再说明分歧。
• We are prepared to make a concession on X, provided that... → 提出附带条件的让步。
• In the spirit of compromise... → 表达善意与寻求妥协的态度。

处理僵局

• It appears we've reached a deadlock. → 承认谈判已陷入僵局。
• Perhaps we should revisit this point later. → 以外交方式暂缓议题。
• Would a mediator help us move forward? → 建议借助外部调解。
