专业英语中的建设性反馈
用英语给出建设性反馈，需要准确而有分寸。目的在于帮助对方进步，而不是批评；专业语境会以特定结构平衡认可与建议。
核心表达
先认可，再建议：
- While I appreciate your effort on this, I would suggest...
- I can see what you were going for — one thing that might strengthen it is...
- This is a great start. To take it further, consider...
提出建议，而非下命令：
- It might be worth looking at...
- Have you thought about...?
- One approach that could work well here is...
避免直接否定的英语，例如 “This is wrong” 或 “You didn't do this right”；在英语职场文化中，它们容易被理解为具有攻击性。
三明治结构
经典的英语反馈结构是 feedback sandwich：
1. 积极点 — 指出做得好的地方 2. 改进建议 — 以外交方式提出 3. 鼓励 — 以建设性的语气结束
反馈常用形容词

常见错误
