用英语撰写专业报告
报告结构
英文专业报告通常遵循以下结构：
1. Title page — 包含日期和作者的标题页 2. Executive summary — 对关键要点的执行摘要，通常不超过一页 3. Introduction — 背景、目标和范围 4. Methodology — 数据如何收集 5. Findings — 分析得出的结果 6. Recommendations — 提出的行动建议 7. Appendix — 补充数据
语气与文体
专业报告使用正式且客观的英语：
- 优先使用被动语态：「It was found that...」，而不是 「We found that...」
- 使用谨慎的情态表达：「The data suggests...」、「It would appear that...」
- 避免缩略形式：写 「it is」，不要写 「it's」
各部分的实用句型
- Introduction：「The purpose of this report is to...」
- Findings：「The data indicates that... / Analysis reveals...」
- Recommendations：「It is recommended that... / We propose that...」
表达
- to draw conclusions from从…中得出结论
- to fall within the scope of属于…的范围
- to put forward a recommendation正式提出建议
- in light of the findings鉴于调查结果
- subject to further review有待进一步审查
- As outlined in the report用于提及报告中已说明的内容
- The data suggests that用于提出基于数据的结论
- In light of these findings用于在分析后引出结论或建议
常见错误
The report is composed by three sectionsThe report is composed of three sections「composed」要与「of」搭配，表示「由…组成」；「by」会表示作者。
We have analysis the data carefullyWe have analysed the data carefully「analysis」是名词；动词是「analyse」（或美式「analyze」），过去分词为「analysed」。
The findings shows that sales have increasedThe findings show that sales have increased「findings」是复数名词，因此动词要用复数形式「show」。
I recommend to implement a new systemI recommend implementing a new system「recommend」后接动名词（-ing），不接「to」加不定式。
According with the data, sales increased.According to the data, sales increased.「according」后应接介词「to」，不能接「with」。
The report was consisted of three parts.The report consisted of three parts.「consist of」是主动结构，不能用「was」构成被动语态。
