现在完成时的被动语态
聊技术支持，现在完成时被动特别好用：重点在事情办好了没有，而不是谁办的。
结构：has/have been + 过去分词
"The software has been updated to the latest version." → "软件已经更新到最新版。"
"The bug has been fixed." → "这个漏洞已经修好了。"
"Your account has been restored." → "你的账号已经恢复。"
不知道是谁做的，或者根本不重要，就用这个结构。
加 not 说明还没解决
"The issue hasn't been resolved yet." → "问题还没解决。"
"Your ticket hasn't been processed." → "你的工单还没处理。"
疑问句
- Has the problem been fixed?
- Have the updates been installed?
主动和被动
- 主动：The technician has fixed the bug.
- 被动：The bug has been fixed.
汉语说「漏洞修好了」，动词本身一点不变；英语要写成 has been fixed，三个部分一个都不能少——最容易漏掉的就是中间那个 been。
表达
- The issue has been resolved确认问题已经解决
- Has it been updated?问对方是否已经更新
- Have you tried restarting?技术支持的第一句话
- Can you walk me through it?请对方一步步教你
- Your ticket has been logged确认工单已经记录
- To crash我电脑干活时崩了。
- To run out of battery我手机没电了。
- To back up your data记得给数据做个备份。
常见错误
The software has updatedThe software has been updated被动语态要有 has been + 过去分词，光有 has 不够。
The bug has been fixThe bug has been fixedhas been 后面的动词要用过去分词 fixed。
Has the problem been solve?Has the problem been solved?solve 的过去分词是 solved。
It has been restarted by me yesterdayI restarted it yesterday有具体时间的时候，用一般过去时的主动句更自然。
My computer doesn't work anymore since yesterdayMy computer hasn't worked since yesterday跟 since 加时间点连用，要用现在完成时。
I tried to restart but it didn't workedI tried to restart but it didn't workdidn't 后面跟动词原形，不加 -ed。
