说明遇到的麻烦：I've lost / Someone stole
旅途中出了状况，要能一句话说清楚。
I've lost my...（我把……弄丢了）
这里用的是现在完成时（have + 过去分词）：东西是过去丢的，但到现在还没找回来——「结果还在」才是重点。
中文里一个「丢了」既能表示刚发生，也能表示结果还在，一个「了」全包了；英语要靠时态区分。所以现在完成时对中文母语者来说是一个全新的概念，值得多花点时间。
- I've lost my passport. → 我护照丢了。
- I've lost my wallet. → 我钱包丢了。
- I've lost my phone. → 我手机丢了。
Someone stole my...（有人偷了我的……）
描述过去某个具体事件时，用一般过去时：
- Someone stole my bag. → 有人偷了我的包。
- My camera was stolen. → 我的相机被偷了。（被动语态）
其他实用说法
- I need to report a theft. → 我要报一起失窃案。
- I'd like to cancel my credit card. → 我想挂失我的信用卡。
- Can you help me contact the embassy? → 你能帮我联系大使馆吗？
- I have travel insurance. → 我有旅行保险。
小提示：在警局或酒店说明情况时要说具体：When did it happen? Where were you?
