说明自己在找什么：I'm looking for
I'm looking for + 名词，用来描述自己正在找的东西：
- I'm looking for a one-bedroom flat in the city centre. → 我想在市中心找一套一居室。
- I'm looking for something furnished and affordable. → 我想找带家具、价格合适的。
注意这里用的是现在进行时：找房子是眼下正在做的事。说成 I look for a flat 意思就变成「我平时都这么找」了。
用 If 说条件
表达条件或偏好：
- I would prefer it if it has a garden. → 要是带院子就更好了。
- It would be perfect if it has central heating. → 有中央供暖就完美了。
- If the bills are included, that's a bonus. → 要是水电全包，那更好。
看房时的实用问题
- How much is the rent per month? → 每月租金多少？
- Is the deposit refundable? → 押金退不退？
- When is it available? → 什么时候可以入住？
- Are pets allowed? → 可以养宠物吗？

I look for a flatI'm looking for a flat正在找房子要用现在进行时 I'm looking for，不用一般现在时。
The rent is 1200£The rent is £1,200英语的货币符号（£、$）写在数字前面，不写在后面。
Is the flat have central heating?Does the flat have central heating?一般现在时的疑问句用 does，不用 is。
I want to see the flat, can I?I'd like to arrange a viewing, please.语法上没错，但太直白；正式场合说 I'd like to arrange a viewing。
