Reporting problems and asking for help
Saying something is lost or missing Use 丢了 (diū le) or 不见了 (bù jiàn le) to say something is lost.
- 我的护照丢了。(Wǒ de hùzhào diū le.) — My passport is lost.
- 我的手机不见了。(Wǒ de shǒujī bù jiàn le.) — My phone has gone missing.
Asking for help: 请帮我...
- 请帮我找一下。(Qǐng bāng wǒ zhǎo yīxià.) — Please help me look for it.
- 能帮我吗？(Néng bāng wǒ ma?) — Can you help me?
怎么办 — what to do Use 怎么办 to express "what should I do?" in a crisis.
- 我迷路了，怎么办？(Wǒ mílù le, zěnme bàn?) — I'm lost, what do I do?
- 航班取消了，怎么办？(Hángbān qǔxiāo le, zěnme bàn?) — The flight is cancelled, what now?
