请客 — treating guests 今天我请客。 — Today I'm treating (paying for everyone). Use 请客 when you're hosting and covering the bill.
干杯 — cheers 干杯！ — Cheers! Literally "empty cup" — used at formal and informal dinners.
祝...身体健康 — wishing good health 祝你身体健康！ — I wish you good health! 祝 + person + wish is the standard toast formula.
敬酒 — proposing a toast 我来敬大家一杯。 — Let me propose a toast to everyone.
感谢 + noun/verb 感谢大家来参加。 — Thank you all for coming.
