Checking in Say your name and mention your reservation:

Asking about the floor and facilities Use 几楼 (which floor) to ask where things are:
- 我的房间在几楼？— What floor is my room on?
- 电梯在哪里？— Where is the elevator?
Breakfast included?
- 早餐包括吗？— Is breakfast included?
- 包括 means "to include" — 早餐包括 = breakfast is included.
Checking out
- 我要退房。— I want to check out.
- 几点退房？— What time is check-out?

早饭包括吗早餐包括吗In hotel contexts use the formal 早餐 not informal 早饭.
几点的退房几点退房No 的 between 几点 and the verb 退房.
