Spanish numbers follow clear patterns. Here are the key ones:

0-15: Each has a unique name: cero, uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez, once, doce, trece, catorce, quince
16-19: Combined form: dieci + number → dieciséis, diecisiete, dieciocho, diecinueve
20-29: Combined form: veinti + number → veintiuno, veintidós, veintitrés...
30-99: Two words with y: treinta y uno, cuarenta y dos, cincuenta y tres...
100: cien (exactly 100), ciento + number (101+)

In Spanish, you "have" years, you don't "are" years old. Use the verb tener:

Example: "Tengo treinta años." → "I am 30."
Example: "Ella tiene dieciocho años." → "She is 18."
