The 把 construction and talking about chores

把 construction: 把 + object + verb + result Use 把 (bǎ) to emphasize what happened to an object as a result of an action.

• 我把碗洗了。(Wǒ bǎ wǎn xǐ le.) — I washed the dishes (got them clean).
• 请把垃圾倒掉。(Qǐng bǎ lājī dào diào.) — Please throw out the trash.
• 我把房间打扫干净了。(Wǒ bǎ fángjiān dǎsǎo gānjìng le.) — I cleaned the room (until it was clean).

Frequency expressions

• 每天 (měitiān) — every day
• 每周 (měi zhōu) — every week
• 一周一次 (yī zhōu yī cì) — once a week
• 有时候 (yǒushíhòu) — sometimes

Example: 我每天做饭。(Wǒ měitiān zuòfàn.) — I cook every day.
