不平等を語るとき、英語はジャーナリズム、学術、政治の文体で受動態を多用します。
- 現在進行形受動態 : The issue is being addressed by the government.
- 現在完了受動態 : The problem has been overlooked for decades.
- 法助動詞の受動態 : More resources should be allocated to disadvantaged communities.
- 否定の受動態 : Systemic discrimination has not been eliminated.
これらの構造により、行為者ではなく行動や問題に焦点を当てることができます。
