よくある間違い

• ✗It looks peacefully from here.
  ✓It looks peaceful from here.

  look、feel、sound などの知覚動詞の後は形容詞を使います。副詞（-ly形）は使いません（peaceful、not peacefully）。

• ✗I can see a flowers along the path.
  ✓I can see flowers along the path.

  flowers はすでに複数形なので、不定冠詞 a はつけません。

• ✗The river is looking very still today.
  ✓The river looks very still today.

  知覚動詞として使う look は進行形（-ing）にしません。The river looks が正しい形です。

• ✗I can hear birds to sing in the trees.
  ✓I can hear birds singing in the trees.

  hear + 目的語 の後は動名詞（-ing形）を使い、進行中の行動を表します（hear birds singing）。

• ✗The sunset looks beautifully
  ✓The sunset looks beautiful

  「looks」（状態動詞）の後は形容詞を使います（副詞ではなく）

• ✗I can hear the birds very good
  ✓I can hear the birds very well

  「well」が副詞です（「good」は形容詞）
