Il Present Perfect passivo
Per parlare di supporto tecnico, il passivo al Present Perfect è molto utile perché si concentra sull''azione, non su chi l''ha fatta.
Struttura: has/have been + participio passato
- The software has been updated to the latest version.
- The bug has been fixed.
- Your account has been restored.
Si usa quando non sappiamo chi ha fatto l''azione o quando non è importante.
Con "not" per problemi non risolti
- The issue hasn''t been resolved yet.
- Your ticket hasn''t been processed.

Passivo vs Attivo
- Attivo: The technician has fixed the bug.
- Passivo: The bug has been fixed.
Nel supporto tecnico, il passivo è preferito perché è più professionale e impersonale.
