Chiedere informazioni
Struttura: "Could you tell me...?" o "Is there...?"

I piani dell'hotel
In UK, il piano terra si chiama ground floor (non "first floor"!):
- Ground floor = piano terra (0)
- First floor = primo piano (1° per gli italiani = 2° livello)
- Second floor = secondo piano (3° livello)
💬 "Your room is on the third floor." → "La sua camera è al terzo piano." *(= 4° livello per un italiano!)*
